This might be a different review compare with others, because we haven't officially engaged Terry. We sent him an email asking for a quote, and Terry gave us two calls on consecutive days (even on a Sunday evening), try to point out the risks involved in the property and explain to us why it is a good idea to just walk away from the deal. He was essentially turning down a job and money, to try to save us money! Perhaps a lot of other inspectors are also very good at their jobs, but having worked in multiple industries and countries, I couldn't say that I've seen many people with such a great heart.
